Wells Fargo to spotlight social media strategy at Auto Finance Sales & Marketing Summit

Bianca Chan

Auto Finance News is proud to welcome Wells Fargo’s Vice President of Social Media Jennifer Heyman to the stage for a presentation at the Auto Finance Sales & Marketing Summit.

The Sales & Marketing Summit will take place at the Omni San Diego on March 9-10, and will be directly followed by the Auto Finance Innovation Summit. Click here to see the full agenda.

Heyman, who has managed Wells Fargo’s social and digital products for nearly 10 years, will be giving a presentation on new approaches and thinking on social media marketing. She will dive into managing customer expectations of social engagement and explore how lenders can strengthen brand reputation online. The presentation will also hit on which social media platform is the best fit to promote corporate culture. The session is slated for 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10.

During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Heyman has lead the online strategy and implementation for multiple websites as the lender’s senior digital channel product manager, overseeing design, content, and web design. Heyman also managed Wells Fargo’s corporate Facebook page, where she drove growth and engagement by implementing new features and functionalities.
