Three tech heavyweights from Carvana, Hyundai Capital America and Tricolor Auto Acceptance will take the stage at Auto Finance Summit 2019 to discuss innovative applications for machine learning and artificial intelligence.
The session is slated for Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 11:30 a.m. PT and the rest of the agenda can be found here. The 19th annual summit takes place at the Bellagio in Las Vegas from Oct. 28-30 and will explore topics relating to customer experience, compliance and risk, as well as innovation and mobility.
Carvana Chief Product Officer Dan Gill will join HCA Director of Corporate Strategy Edward Choi and Tricolor President and Chief Operating Officer Don Goin. The three executives will explore AI tools that enhance efficiency and customer experience, and how leveraging technology can streamline underwriting. They will also review different ways AI can bolster fraud detection and prevention.
The distinguished panelists are no strangers to AI and machine learning. In May, Carvana started testing how an AI-powered virtual sales assistant could bolster internal customer service operations, after acquiring Propel.AI in 2018. Tricolor Auto deploys AI in various operations, including underwriting, reconditioning, and customer service call centers. Meanwhile, HCA’s AI-backed chatbot assists consumers with finance-specific questions on the captive’s Kia Motor Finance brand page.
