GMF, Ally, Toyota Execs Join Auto Finance Summit Speaker Roster

Marcie Belles

126be4a2-11a1-4895-b8c0-35e41e0f653cSenior executives from General Motors Financial Co., Ally Financial Inc., and Toyota Financial Services have joined the roster of stellar speakers at the 15th annual Auto Finance Summit.

Kyle Birch, chief operating officer at GMF, will participate in a session about management and efficiency in an age of heightened competition. The panel will discuss ways to overcome roadblocks to enterprise communication and new thinking on organizational structure. Birch will join John Hyatt, executive vice president of dealer services at U.S. Bank, and Rich Porrello, director of auto finance at Huntington Bank, on the panel.

Meanwhile, Dave Vasquez, integrated channels and experience executive at Ally, and Al Smith, group vice president of service operations and corporate planning at TFS, will take part in panel discussion about new trends in customer service. Vasquez and Smith will join Chuck Jones, national head of indirect lending at SunTrust Bank Dealer Financial Services, to discuss ways to create a personalized service that extends beyond the loan, and strategies for gathering ― and acting on ― customer feedback.

The Auto Finance Summit will take place Oct. 21-23 at the Wynn Las Vegas. This year’s summit is also held in conjunction with Powersports Finance 2015, the first dedicated, full-length forum of its kind.
