TD Auto’s Clark to Deliver Keynote at 2014 Auto Finance Summit

Paul Clark, president and chief executive of TD Auto Finance, will deliver the Keynote Address at the 2014 Auto Finance Summit. Clark will present at 9 a.m. PT on Oct. 7, and will participate in an audience-fueled Q&A immediately following his presentation. At TD Auto, Clark is responsible for developing the strategy and driving the performance of the company’s $16 billion auto business. He has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience.

Clark’s address will be followed by a Regulators’ Roundtable, which will offer alerts on new rules and guidance, an update on subprime and discrimination compliance, and tips for lender best-practices. Eric Reusch, program manager in the Office of Installment and Liquidity Credit Markets at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; Rigo Reyes, a board member of the California Consumer Vehicle Recovery Corp.; and Christina Tusan, a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission will participate in the session.

Meanwhile, a distinguished lineup of senior executives has joined the roster of speakers at the Auto Finance Summit. William Jensen, senior vice president and national retail credit executive for Chase Auto Finance, will present a session on the future of indirect lending. Charles Bradley Jr., chief executive of Consumer Portfolio Services Inc., will offer strategies for moving down the credit spectrum. Rich Porrello, executive vice president at Huntington National Bank, and Tim Russi, president of auto finance at Ally Financial Inc., will participate in a panel discussion about managing the risk of new originations.

  • Ron Guerrier, VP and CIO at Toyota Financial Services
  • Jim Landy, president and CEO of CarFinance Capital
  • Richard Lewis, senior vice president and national finance group risk officer at Bank of the West
  • Carol Moore, VP and executive general counsel at Hyundai Capital America
  • Bill Strauss, senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago

The Auto Finance Summit, which will take place Oct. 6-8 in Las Vegas, is presented by Auto Finance News, AutoFinanceNews.net, and Royal Media. The agenda consists of four tracks ― Compliance, Nonprime, Strategy, and Technology ― and conference attendance is expected to reach 700.
