As part of an overall push in mobility, Westlake Financial Services’ website got a comprehensive facelift, President Ian Anderson told Auto Finance News.
“We just gave our website a general update and made it mobile-friendly,” he said. “The industry is moving fast with innovations in the mobility sphere, and our website was not up to date with that as much as it should have been, until a few months ago.”
Through the mobile app, customers can access Westlake’s websites, including westlakefinancial.com, dealercenter.com, and dealerportfolios.com, “all in one place,” Anderson said.
“We now also use the latest tech to integrate cutting-edge SEO [search engine optimization] and SEM [search engine marketing], which is always important for attracting customers and just making our content more user-friendly,” he added.
