Auto Finance News is excited to announce that three more key executives have joined the speaker faculty for Auto Finance Innovation 2016. The inaugural event will take place May 11 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ernie Garcia, founder and chief executive of online auto retailer Carvana, will share his thoughts during a panel entitled “What’s Ahead for Mobile Auto Finance.” Carvana’s online platform allows customers to purchase a vehicle, apply for financing, and arrange for delivery of the car all through the use of a mobile device.
Jonathan Palan, co-founder of soon-to-launch marketplace lending platform AutoFi, will help attendees assess the marketplace lending opportunity in auto finance. San Francisco-based AutoFi is looking to transform the auto industry, but not necessarily to disrupt it, Palan told AFN recently.
Scott Welchons, head of Hyundai Digital Camp at Hyundai Capital America, will join the “Investing in Innovation” panel. He will share the fintech trends and lessons learned from “camping” in Silicon Valley.
