2023 Auto Finance Summit agenda is live, call for speakers open

The Auto Finance News team is pleased to present the agenda for the 2023 Auto Finance Summit, which returns Oct. 29-31 at the Bellagio Las Vegas.

The three-day conference includes educational sessions, engaging workshops, roundtable discussions and professional networking with auto finance executives.

Returning sessions include a fireside chat with Marcelo Brutti, president and chief executive of Hyundai Capital America; an executive dialogue panel; and the Women in Auto Finance Luncheon with a keynote address from Santander Consumer USA President of Chrysler Capital and Auto Relationships Betty Jotanovic.

The 2023 agenda addresses critical topics in the evolving auto finance industry such as continued supply chain constraints, high used-vehicle values, rising interest rates, increased cost of funds and more.

Day One of the summit features a golf outing, event registration and an opening reception that will allow attendees to network in an intimate, relaxed setting.

Day Two opens with a fireside chat with HCA’s Brutti, who will discuss expectations for the economy, growth initiatives and take a look ahead at 2024 market conditions.

Attendees will also enjoy a presentation on the state of capital markets and funding costs followed by sessions focused on the state of the market, the future of underwriting, new models in EV financing and best practices for talent acquisition, starting at 11:30 a.m. Roundtable discussions, at 4:15 p.m., will invite participants to share their thoughts on credit unions, bolstering dealer relations and tapping into the talent pipeline.

Following the Auto Finance Excellence Awards and luncheon, there will be a fireside chat with the winner of the 2023 Leadership Award.

Day Three brings a one-one-one chat with Jim Drotman, executive vice president of Ford Pro FinSimple at Ford Credit; he will discuss how Ford views the EV financing opportunity and share his thoughts on the commercial vehicle finance market.

The Women in Auto Finance Luncheon, at 11:45 a.m., will feature Jotanovic’s experience and expertise in navigating the auto lending and leasing landscape.
