Chase Auto is part of JPMorgan Chase’s consumer and community banking division and operates with more than $80 billion in assets and relationships with more than 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers, according to the company.

In her role, Brooks leads Chase’s dealer services sales teams that work with approximately 12,000 dealerships across the U.S.

Brooks has been with Chase for nearly 20 years, starting as a dealer relationship manager and progressing through multiple leadership roles. Prior to her current role, she was divisional director handling the Western region for commercial and retail sales, where she helped lead the lender’s retail business to the most profitable year in Chase Auto history.

Brooks also served as regional sales director for the central region, where she managed commercial and retail sales teams, according to Chase. She oversaw a large commercial portfolio and helped grow retail originations, leading to a record quarter for her region.

During her tenure, Brooks was named to Chase’s Presidents Club as a dealer relationship manager and as a district manager.

The Auto Finance Summit provides attendees with unique networking and career development opportunities with sessions covering a range of topics, including navigating headwinds in auto finance, vehicle values, digital innovation and improving operations, as well as engaging workshops.
