Capital One’s Sunny Karassik is Women in Auto Finance keynote speaker

The Women in Auto Finance Luncheon will take place at noon local time on Oct. 5. The annual luncheon offers an exclusive networking opportunity to cultivate female leadership in the industry and bring together professionals in a show of support and inspiration. 

Sunny Karassik

As the experience lead for Advisors to the President at Capital One, Karassik oversees governance, execution of top strategic initiatives and customer experience. She also leads the Capital One Professional Women’s Network, which supports philanthropic organizations helping women and children in local communities. 

Karassik’s has been at Capital One for 23 years in roles across financial services, including strategy, governance and operations.  

Capital One’s auto originations increased 18.9% year over year to $12.9 billion in the second quarter, while auto outstandings rose 11.6% YoY to $89.3 billion. Capital One was the fifth-largest auto lender by outstandings at yearend 2025, according to the latest Big Wheels ranking data
