GM Financial’s Dan Berce Joins AFS for Fireside Chat

Natalie Mattila

Auto Finance News is excited to announce that Dan Berce, president and chief executive of General Motors Financial Co., will participate in a fireside chat at the upcoming Auto Finance Summit.

The conference will take place Oct. 25-27 at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

Daniel E. Berce has been president and chief executive of GM Financial since August 2005 — having navigated AmeriCredit Corp. through GM’s 2010 acquisition. Prior to accepting the title of CEO of AmeriCredit, he served as president from 2003 to 2005, and chief financial officer from 1990 to 2003. Prior to joining the company, Berce was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand for 14 years and was a partner with the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Berce’s fireside chat will be followed by a presentation on the economic trends in auto finance. Other sessions include: Practical Strategies for a Post-Peak Market, Regulators’ Roundtable, and more.

The full agenda can be viewed here. For more information about AFS and to register, click here.
