USAA’s Scott Serpico joins Auto Finance Summit 2025 

The summit takes place Oct. 15 to 17 at the Bellagio, Las Vegas

Scott Serpico

Serpico has over 26 years of consumer banking experience. Before joining USAA in 2021, he held positions at Ally, JP Morgan Chase, SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo and MBNA America.  

During the panel, “Smart underwriting in a shifting credit environment” scheduled for 2:15 p.m. PT on Thursday, Oct. 16, Serpico and other panelists will discuss: 

  • Planning for depreciation and market corrections; 
  • Adjusting models to account for increased delinquencies and defaults; and 
  • Using real-time and alternative data to strengthen decisioning. 

USAA was the 20th-largest auto lender by outstandings in yearend 2024 with $17.9 billion, according to Big Wheels.
