Tim Owens retires after 15-plus years at Bank of America

Bank of America Head of Consumer Vehicle Lending Tim Owens has retired, a company spokesperson confirmed to Auto Finance News.  Owens, who joined the bank in 2011, retired on July 4, the spokesperson said.
