Open Lending adds 3 to management team Open Lending appointed Simona Fillarini as the company’s chief human resources officer, Thinh Nguyen as chief information officer and Jill Tyson as senior vice president of operations, effective in November. She began her career at GE Energy in 1993 as human resources assistant manager, according to LinkedIn . Most recently she served as chief human resources officer at ThoughtTrace , an AI-powered document intelligence software company, before joining Open Lending. Nguyen has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, development and technology implementation, according to a company release. He most recently served as chief information officer at Amerifirst Home Mortgage and Flagstar Bank , according to LinkedIn. Nguyen also has experience in IT with positions at Mr. Cooper ; Alcon ; JPMorgan Chase and TPG Capital . Tyson brings more than 15 years of experience in client retention and operational best practices to her position as senior vice president of operations. She previously consulted on the implementation of new performance management teams at Cox Automotive and served as vice president of finance at vAuto , according to the release. Stacy takes new role at Chevrolet in China Will Stacy IV took the reins as executive director of Chevrolet in China for General Motors following a two-year stint as chief marketing and digital officer at GM Financial . Stacy joined GM Financial in October 2014 as senior vice president of digital operations. He became senior vice president of North America and chief marketing officer in 2017 before taking over as executive vice president and chief marketing and digital officer in January 2020. “I am looking forward to working with our almost 400 Chevy dealers throughout China to continue to help propel Chevy, GM and GMF,” Stacy said on LinkedIn . Anderson steps up at BECU Beverly Anderson is taking over as Boeing Employee Credit Union ’s president and chief executive on Dec. 5 following the retirement of Benson Porter . She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Expedia Group , Accion and Sword Health , according to a release. "I am honored and humbled to lead the BECU team,” Anderson said in a statement. “BECU is unapologetic in its devotion to its members and the communities it serves. Its purpose aligns with my core passion of financial well-being.” Porter will serve as CEO emeritus through the end of the year, supporting Anderson’s onboarding. He led BECU for 10 years before announcing his retirement in June. Briesemeister joins Asbury as VP Asbury Automotive named Nathan Briesemeister as vice president, chief accounting officer and controller. Prior, Briesemeister was vice president of finance and accounting at fintech Total System Services Inc. until it was acquired by Global Payments in September 2019. He began his career in 1994 at PwC as a staff accountant. “Nathan’s experience will be a tremendous asset as we integrate our acquisitions and continue our 2025 growth plan," said Michael Welch , senior vice president and chief financial officer at Asbury.
