DealerScience makes tools that helps dealers create web offers, complete sales and respond to customer questions. DealerScience’s desking technology streamlines the customer experience by automatically consolidating a dealer’s up-to-date pricing, rebates, residuals, and current incentives and finding the lowest payment based on the dealers’ preferred lenders.
“DealerScience minimizes errors and reduces customer wait time by enabling dealers to accurately desk deals in seconds,” TrueCar Chief Executive Chip Perry told AFN in an email.
DealerScience will operate as a subsidiary of TrueCar. Andrew Gordon, DealerScience’s founder, will serve at TrueCar’s VP of digital retailing.
