Auto Finance News is excited to announce that Will Stacy of General Motors Financial Co., Craig Nehamen of Car Harmony, and Ward Ozaeta of Carzumer have joined the speaker faculty for Auto Finance Innovation 2016.
The inaugural event will take place May 11 in Fort Worth, Texas, following the annual Auto Finance Risk & Compliance Summit.
Stacy, GMF’s senior vice president of digital, brings a wealth of industry experience. GMF is reorienting its “mentality” to think mobile first in 2016, Stacy told AFN in January.
“We’re in the process of trying to change the DNA of how we think about customers around mobile,” Stacy said. “Our customers are mobile, whether we think that way or not, so I’m in a transformation internally around trying to spread the idea that our customers interact with us on mobile, more than a desktop, so [we should] think about the ways we build experiences for our customer in that way first.”
Ozaeta founded Carzumer, a startup that utilizes a marketplace lending platform, and Nehamen co-founded Car Harmony, which aims to bring the used-car buying experience online.
