Mobiliti bolsters subscription service with increased market data

Bianca Chan

Detroit-based subscription service Mobiliti is tweaking its business model to provide dealers with real-time market data, the company announced today.

In addition to providing consumers with vehicle subscription and purchase options, Mobiliti now delivers market data and additional leads to dealers by tracking customer intent on the site. The “much-needed, market-specific data” will help dealers to determine the best time to add subscription services, the release noted.

“Our new model is resonating well with dealers who want better data about subscription interest in their unique markets and a higher level of control over leads interested in purchase,” Chief Executive Chance Richie said, adding that the model allows customers to see the exact vehicle on the dealer website and begin the buying process.

When a consumer decides to make a purchase or subscription inquiry, Mobiliti connects the user directly to the dealer’s website to begin the process. For dealers opting into the subscription program, Mobiliti provides a package that includes software, payment processing, insurance, vehicle protection products and financing options via partnerships.

Mobiliti, which launched in 2018, has more than 10,000 vehicles on its site.
