LAS VEGAS — Used-vehicle values may drop in 2026 as affordability concerns weaken consumer confidence and wholesale values fluctuate.  Used-car prices are expected to decline 4% year over year in 2026, Jonathan Banks, vice president of retailing product portfolio at J.D.
