Auto Finance News is proud to welcome Chris Mitcham, senior vice president of servicing at Security National Automotive Acceptance Co. (SNAAC), to the speaker faculty at the 19th annual Auto Finance Summit, which will take place at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Oct. 28-30. You can find the full agenda here.
Mitcham will give a presentation outlining how auto lenders can tailor servicing techniques to surpass customer expectations. The presentation, which will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 29, will cover strategies for easing the process for payment-challenged customers, how to use collections as a strategic tool for customer relationships, and how personalization can improve customer satisfaction.
A 20-year veteran of the auto finance industry, Mitcham oversees loan servicing, loss mitigation, recovery and remarketing operations at SNAAC. In previous roles, he managed the acquisition, origination and servicing of billions of dollars of receivables across the credit spectrum.
Mitcham’s presentation will be followed by an in-depth discussion on the latest regulations and enforcement actions — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additional sessions on Tuesday include a fireside chat with U.S. Bank’s President of Dealer Services John Hyatt, a panel discussion on how to design an extraordinary online portal, and strategies for anticipating customers’ needs.
