PenFed’s VP of product strategy joins Auto Finance Summit East 2025

Auto Finance News is pleased to welcome Chris Kleczynski of PenFed Credit Union to a panel on seizing the auto refinance opportunity during Auto Finance Summit East 2025, taking place May 12-14 in Nashville.    

Kleczynski has been with PenFed for over four and a half years and, as of January, serves as vice president and head of auto lending product strategy, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Prior to joining PenFed, Kleczynski spent over 20 years in the auto industry holding various positions at major OEMs and captive companies, including Volkswagen of America, Nissan Motor Corporation and Ford Credit. Several of his previous positions include product management and strategy. 

PenFed’s auto book stood at about $5.1 billion at yearend 2023, according to Big Wheels

Kleczynski and other auto executives will discuss: 

  • Improving the refinance application process to drive volume;  
  • Growing refinance appetite amid improving credit union, bank liquidity; and 
  • Understanding the consumer dynamics of auto refinance.
