AutoGravity, a lending platform based in Irvine, Ca., upgraded its website as part of an effort to optimize its digital platform for dealer access, Digital Marketing Manager Matthew Funk told AFN. The new site went live on May 9.
The main addition, dubbed the “Dealer Portal,” was added to open a gateway through which dealers can join the AutoGravity dealer network, he added. He also said the company is collecting emails of current and prospective clients, to keep them informed of new product features, and these features’ respective release dates.
“Presently, we’re gathering an initial population of dealers and dealer groups,” he said. “So we want to present value on our website, and provide a convenient means for dealers to work with us from the ground level.”
The site will facilitate new offers and programs designed to encourage dealers to partner with AutoGravity, he added.
“We’re connected with four of the largest dealer groups in the nation. We’re very much looking forward to meeting and working with more of them,” Funk said. “Our hope is that the initial community will be exemplars to other dealers, and show them how AutoGravity can benefit their dealerships.”
AutoGravity also works with a dozen lenders, and plans to integrate lenders across the spectrum, he said. Funk added that this means direct and indirect loans for prime and subprime customers. “We want to integrate subprime options so there is a safety net for consumers.”
Funk also explained how the transparency of the platform combined with features like an auto-loan calculator, and a blog with continuing articles about the auto finance process, how to incorporate effective auto finance into a personal budget, and a variety of other financial and life hacks that allow users to educate themselves not only about the market, but how to manage their own financial life.
