Amanda Harris

Auto finance professionals will gauge the state of the industry through the eyes of fellow executives during an interactive session of the Auto Finance Summit, at 2 p.m. ET on Oct. 20. The session will take a “pulse” of how attendees view the market through live polls with real-time commentary during the Summit, which returns as a virtual event Oct. 20-22.

The session moderators will lead a series of live polls driven by attendees and provide immediate commentary, creating a dynamic discussion that highlights where the industry stands. Leading the live session will be Mark Cromer, senior vice president and chief operations officer for Farm Bureau Bank, and Chris Mitcham, SVP of servicing for others, or business development, for Santander Consumer USA

Cromer is responsible for the delivery of products and services and improving Farm Bureau Bank’s operational efficiency; he also played a key role in establishing the bank’s operational infrastructure.

Cromer has more than 40 years’ experience in financial services operations. Prior to joining Farm Bureau, he was involved in several start-up financial institution operations, establishing the delivery and processing infrastructure for AFBA Industrial Bank in Alexandria, Va., and converting USAA Federal Savings Bank’s service bureau operation to an integrated in-house data processing system. Cromer holds a bachelor’s degree in management processing and computer systems from Oklahoma State University.

Mitcham manages more than $10 billion of Santander Consumer USA’s client–serviced relationships and leads strategic efforts to source and provide a full suite of loan servicing solutions for portfolio owners, other banks and credit unions.

Mitcham has worked in the industry for more than 20 years and has directly managed the acquisition, origination and servicing of large–scale automotive and consumer receivables. He graduated from the University of Georgia.

Attendees of this session will enjoy lively discussion with real-time insights at a crucial time in the industry. Register for the Auto Finance Summit here.
