
Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that Jack Evert, chief financial officer of Lithia Motors’ captive finance arm Driveway Finance (DFC), will join a discussion on the future of dealership sales at Auto Finance Summit 2026, taking place Oct. 5-7 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

Evert will discuss finance and insurance product penetration, affordability trends and dealership collaboration in a session set for 11:45 a.m. local time on Oct. 6.
He will be joined by:
- Justin Buzzell, vice president of financial services at Morgan Automotive Group;
- Matt Dundas, vice president of finance at Carvana; and
- Hayden Griffitts, director of lending at Ken Garff Automotive Group.
Evert held accounting, financial modeling and investor relation roles at Lithia before becoming CFO in March 2024. He previously worked at advisory firm KPMG US for more than 10 years.
DFC’s originations rose 34.8% year over year to $840 million in the first quarter, according to an AFN analysis of the company’s April 29 earnings release. It was the 41st-largest lender by auto outstandings with a portfolio totaling $5 billion at yearend 2025, according to the latest Big Wheels ranking data.
