MetLife Investment Management’s Andrew Butville to join Auto Finance Capital Summit

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that Andrew Butville, senior director and asset-backed securitization sector lead at MetLife Investment Management, will join a panel discussion at the inaugural Auto Finance Capital Summit, taking place May 11-12 at JW Marriott in Nashville, Tenn. 

Butville will join the panel, “The investor perspective — pricing risk in 2026,” on Monday, May 11, at 11:45 a.m. local time.

Andrew Butville

Butville has almost two decades in the finance industry, according to LinkedIn. He joined Metlife in 2018 after five years as a ratings analyst at Moody’s Investor Service. He also worked at Milbank and Santander Bank

Joining him on the panel will be:  

  • Ines Beato, associate managing director and sector lead at Morningstar DBRS; and 
  • Garrett Connor, finance manager at Nextgear Capital.  

Session topics will include: 

  • Risk-based pricing in subprime and deep subprime;  
  • Lessons from Tricolor
  • Appetite for bespoke and illiquid deals; and 
  • Spreads vs. corporates and relative value discussion.  

Auto Finance Capital Summit will provide an in-depth look at trends across capital markets. Attendees will tap into key information to form strategies around capital stress testing, fraud mitigation, risk-based pricing and building successful treasury risk frameworks through networking opportunities.
