Subprime lending execs will take the stage at AFS East

The event will take place May 10-12 in Nashville

Riley Wolfbauer

Executives from subprime lenders Automotive Credit Corp., Flagship Credit Acceptance and Tricolor Auto will take part in a panel discussion about the subprime market at Auto Finance Summit East on May 12 at 9:45 a.m. CT in Nashville, Tenn.

Subprime lenders and consumers are facing uncertainty in the auto market amid current macroeconomic conditions as vehicle prices, interest rates and the cost of funds are elevated and consumer credit performance is worsening.

Scott Fontaine, chief risk officer at Flagship Credit Acceptance; David Goodgame, chief operating officer at Tricolor Auto; and Michael Opdahl, chief operating officer at Automotive Credit Corp., will take the stage to discuss the state of subprime lending, new thinking on subprime underwriting and credit analysis, and regional subprime trends.

Goodgame has 16 years of experience in supply chain management and analytics, with broad experience in demand planning, forecasting software integration, and sales and operations planning. He joined Tricolor in 2014 following nearly four years at semiconductor manufacturer TriQuint Semiconductor as an industrial and manufacturing engineer and production manager.
