Senior executives from Capital One Auto Finance, General Motors Financial, and Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America have joined the speaker faculty at the upcoming Auto Finance Summit.
Kevin Borgmann, president of Capital One Auto Finance, will present a session called “Maintaining Share in an Increasingly Competitive Market.” In the presentation, Borgmann will discuss combating “irrational” lending, knowing when to stop loosening standards, and using analytics to Identify market opportunities.
Dan Berce, president and CEO of GM Financial, will participate in a discussion entitled “Inside Nonprime & Subprime Finance.” The panel will address topics including the changing face and players of nonprime finance, pinpointing underserved credit niches, and the outlook for liquidity.
Jeff Young, president and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, will take part in a CEO session about the future of auto finance. The panel will hash out issues like managing margin compression, maintaining discipline in the face of percolating competition, and understanding recent changes to the dealership landscape.
