Fiserv Origination Platform Processed Record 10.8 Million Loans in 2012
Fiserv announced today that its Automotive Loan Origination System (LOS) had a record-breaking 2012. The auto-lending platform was used to process more than 10.8 million loan applications and 3.7 million contracts, year-over-year gains of 31% and 33% for applications and contracts, respectively. 
Automotive LOS handles automotive originations, from electronic application capture through credit processing, funding verification, validation, and booking of new loans and leases. The system offers quick processing that is compliant, mitigates risk, and lowers processing costs to enable profitable growth. Lenders use Fiserv technology for workflow tools that offer a holistic view of their borrowers and auto-lending portfolios.
