VW Credit Inc. has selected FIS’ AutoSuite for its North American loan and leasing processing. The program provides dealer finance, loan origination, integrated loan and lease servicing, and payment services.
On the customer service, collections, and remarketing end, VCI will implement FIS’ Default Manager solution, as well as its TouchPoint Sales and Marketer for customer relationship management.
“Volkswagen and VCI are on the move, and FIS’ AutoSuite has the scale to support VCI’s growing auto finance profile in North America,” David Slider, president, FIS Automotive Finance Group, said in a release.
Andrew Stuart, president and CEO of VCI, stated that the lender hopes to grow its portfolio and also create and maintain operational efficiencies with FIS’ programs. More than 48% of all U.S. outstanding loan and lease receivables are supported by FIS.
