DOJ Official to Address Regulatory Compliance at Auto Finance Summit

Jon Seward, deputy chief in the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, has joined the Auto Finance Summit’s speaker faculty. He will participate in a session entitled “Regulatory Compliance in the Age of CFPB.”

The panel will discuss topics including the auto finance agenda at the new bureau, what’s on the horizon for fair lending, and what to expect from new consumer protection regulations.
