Kleczynski will speak on “Leaning into the future of digital transformation” at 3:45 p.m. CT on Tuesday, May 12. He and Rohan Kakar, head of retail and digital strategy at Chase Auto, will discuss:

        • Tapping into embedded finance and APIs to drive portfolio growth and application volume;
        • Tips for maturing the digital retail footprint with AI, less paper and no interruptions; and
        • How to differentiate with speed, transparency and personalization.

Kleczynski most recently was head of auto and unsecured lending product strategy at PenFed Credit Union, and was with the lender for more than five years. He previously worked at Volkswagen of America, Nissan Motor Corp. and Ford Credit in credit, digital transformation and dealer sales roles.

PenFed finished 2024 as the 47th-largest auto lender by outstandings, with a portfolio of $3.8 billion, according to the latest Big Wheels Rankings data.
