Kleczynski most recently was head of auto and unsecured lending product strategy at PenFed Credit Union, and was with the lender for more than five years. He previously worked at Volkswagen of America, Nissan Motor Corp. and Ford Credit in credit, digital transformation and dealer sales roles.
PenFed finished 2024 as the 47th-largest auto lender by outstandings, with a portfolio of $3.8 billion, according to the latest Big Wheels Rankings data.
