FinBe USA stops originations following sale to Generosity Lending

Lender FinBe USA is no longer originating auto loans following its sale by Bepensa Capital at the end of 2025, prompting some layoffs.   Mexico City-based Bepensa announced on Dec. 26, 2025, that it had sold its business in the United States to Generosity Lending Services to allocate its resources to priority markets in Mexico, according to a company release.   Prior to the sale, Bepensa owned a 97.6% stake in FinBe, according to a Jan. 5 […]
