Deloitte global economist to present at Auto Finance Summit 2023
Deloitte Chief Global Economist Ira Kalish will present on macroeconomic trends affecting the automotive industry during Auto Finance Summit 2023, which takes place Oct. 29-31 at the Bellagio Las Vegas.
Kalish will provide analysis and insights on elevated interest rates and the impact on consumer credit health, headwinds facing the auto finance market and the seasonally adjusted annualized rate forecast amid improved inventory. The presentation will be at 10 a.m. on Oct. 31.

A global economic specialist and author, Kalish brings to the event a wealth of knowledge on how economic, demographic and social trends affect the global business industry.
He has presented widely to corporations and trade organizations on economic trends and serves on multiple committees related to economic policy, according to his biography. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kalish served as chief economist at Retail Forward, as a director at PwC and as a vice president at Bankers Trust.
