Carvana cuts 2,500 jobs amid profitability woes

The company closed its acquisition of Adesa's US-based auction sites today

Carvana is reducing its workforce by 2,500 employees in an effort to better align staffing and expenses with sales volume, the company announced today in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
