Porsche Consulting Senior Manager Justin Liebstueckel and Partner Frank McCleary will host a workshop about improving internal operations at Auto Finance Summit East on May 10, at 2:30 p.m. CT in Nashville, Tenn.
As the auto finance industry faces external pressures such as widening spreads, a lack of vehicle affordability and declining credit performance, lenders need to remain focused on the development and improvement of internal operations.
The workshop invites attendees to join an interactive session to strategize about opportunities for creating an internal environment that results in a more engaged and creative workforce. Attendees will walk away with ideas and techniques for how to make improvements within their companies.
Auto Finance Summit East takes place at the JW Marriott Nashville on May 10-12 and provides opportunities to network and gain knowledge from industry leaders.
