Ally’s Kathy Ruble is Women in Auto Finance keynote speaker

Kathy Ruble

Ruble has been with Ally for more than 15 years and has held leadership positions across marketing, dealership services and sales, according to LinkedIn. Previously, she served in sales leadership roles at the nonprofit Graduate Management Admission Council. She also has held management roles at General Motors

Ruble’s responsibilities at Ally have included the development of sales and training initiatives for dealers as well as dealer communications, OEM operations and reporting, performance development and lead management. 

Ally Financial’s second-quarter originations rose 12.2% year over year to $11 billion after the bank received a record 3.9 million auto finance applications, according to the bank’s July 18 earnings presentation. Auto loan and lease outstandings were nearly flat YoY at $91.8 billion.  

Ally was the third-largest auto lender by outstandings at yearend 2024 with a portfolio of $91.8 billion, according to the latest Big Wheels Rankings data. 

The Women in Auto Finance luncheon will take place at noon PT on Oct. 15, the first day of the summit. The luncheon is an exclusive networking opportunity to cultivate and support female leadership in the industry and bring together industry leaders for networking and inspiration.
