For the first time since the third quarter of 2020, Huntington Auto Finance’s auto originations grew, clocking in at $1.9 billion, a 58% year-over-year increase. The bank credits higher production volumes and increased consumer demand for its second-quarter origination growth amid shortages that continue to impact the industry. Outstandings also increased 4% YoY to $13.2 billion.  This quarter’s origination growth was driven by increased manufacturing, […]
