Cordray Appears on ‘Jeopardy’

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Richard Cordray is making the rounds on national TV these days – but not on the news shows.

Fresh off his “Daily Show” appearance last month, Cordray appeared last night on “Jeopardy,” in a “Battle of the Decades: 1980s” episode, according to the Columbus Dispatch.

Cordray, who was a five-time champion in the 1980s, finished second last night.

Unfortunately for lenders, none of Cordray’s answers did anything to explain proxy methodology.
