He has been with BMW Financial Services since 2015 and before his current role led the captive’s compliance management system as consumer compliance manager.

BMW Financial was the 12th-largest auto lender by outstandings at yearend 2024 with a portfolio of $37.9 billion, according to the latest Big Wheels Rankings data.

He will join compliance experts from law firm Nisen & Elliott and lender Westlake Financial Services on Oct. 17 to discuss:

  • Parsing the shifts in federal and state-level oversight;
  • Regulatory considerations for sound servicing, collections and repossessions; and
  • Best practices for keeping aftermarket and underwriting compliance at the forefront.

Compliance is one of many topics that Auto Finance Summit 2025 attendees will be able to dive into across fireside chats, workshops and panel discussions. The summit provides an opportunity to hear from industry leaders on topics such as digital strategies, subprime lending, fraud mitigation, underwriting and dealer-lender relationships.
