Upstart Holdings has sold Upstart Auto assets and established its inaugural forward-flow agreement for auto lending following growth of its auto portfolio. The fintech on Feb. 20 announced the sale of $333 million of auto assets to alternative investment firm Bayview Asset Management, marking the first major transaction between the two entities, according to a release from Upstart.
