Auto Finance Capital Summit agenda is now live

Summit set for May 11-12 at JW Marriott Nashville

Truth Headlam

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce the inaugural Auto Finance Capital Summit, taking place May 11-12 at the JW Marriott in Nashville. The event offers a deep dive into auto asset-backed securitization issuance, warehousing strategy and private credit developments.

The agenda is now live for the event, which also focuses on liquidity management and institutional relationships.

See the full agenda here

Auto Finance Capital Summit features two days of presentations, panel discussions and receptions, affording attendees an opportunity to network with capital markets professionals from leading institutions, and providing unique insights on how to optimize funding, mitigate risk and improve performance.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Warehouse funding and capital optimization;
  • Risk-based pricing in subprime;
  • Credit performance and loan extension trends;
  • Loss assumptions and the importance of oversight; and
  • Verification in deals.

The summit will deliver insights on tariffs and market volatility, changing Federal Reserve monetary policy, the primary market, continued impacts of Tricolor Auto’s bankruptcy, ABS investor sentiment and the increase in private credit investments.

Auto asset-backed finance has been under pressure as securitization performance varies by market tier and investors brace for the aftershock of high-profile changes in the capital landscape.

In fact, several auto lenders who target subprime consumers have paused originations in light of macroeconomic conditions, including Prestige Financial Services and Bayside Credit. These dynamics along with worsening credit performance and recent fraud allegations, are translating into increased scrutiny from investors in auto securitization markets.

The Auto Finance Capital Summit attendees will gain valuable insights from top executives through one-on-one fireside chats and engaging panel sessions while enjoying intimate networking opportunities offered by roundtable discussions, receptions and a dedicated luncheon.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions to share their thoughts on the ABS market with the May 12 “Live Survey Session: Real-Time Market Sentiments and Forecast.”
