Giron and Susan Medrano, senior vice president and general manager of Synchrony Outdoors, will join the session titled “Strategies for serving first-time buyers amid changing customer segments and expectations” at 3 p.m. local time on Sept. 17.
Giron, who joined Kawasaki in April 2025, has more than 28 years of experience including leadership positions at lenders Yamaha Motor Finance, LBS Financial Credit Union and Wells Fargo Capital Finance. She’s served in repossession, remarketing and servicing roles.
