Harley-Davidson Financial Service’s portfolio landed at $6.6 billion in the second quarter, according to its earnings release. The firms have valued HDFS’ post-transaction equity at $500 million, or 1.75 times its post-transaction book value, Chief Executive Jochen Zeitz said in a July 30 earnings call.

Harley-Davidson Financial Services received a Powersports Finance Achievement Award in 2024.
