    Scot Hensel

Hensel has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry and joined Kunes Auto Group in 2013 as a special finance manager. He was promoted in 2023 to finance director for the auto division, where he oversees both prime and subprime finance operations. Kunes Auto operates more than 31 rooftops across the Midwest.

During the fireside chat, taking place at 11:15 a.m. Oct. 16, Hensel will discuss best practices for dealership group finance and insurance growth, how he manages Kunes’ more than $100 million F&I business, and lessons he’s learned as Kunes surpassed 10% year-over-year F&I revenue growth.

The Auto Finance Summit provides unique networking opportunities across workshops, luncheons and roundtable discussions as well as chances to hear from industry leaders on top-of-mind industry topics such as dealer and lender relationships, digital strategies, subprime financing, compliance, fraud management and underwriting.
