American First CU’s Williams to explore auto refi at AFS East 2025 

Auto Finance Summit East 2025 returns May 12-14 in Nashville

Williams, senior vice president of consumer lending, branch operations and member experience with AFCU, is set to take the stage at 9:05 a.m. on May 14 during Auto Finance Summit East 2025, which returns May 12-14 in Nashville. 

He has more than 20 years of experience in consumer and indirect lending, including his contributions at AFCU since 2014, and his prior roles with Unify FCU, Schools FCU, Fireside Bank, Onyx Acceptance, Stevens Creek Credit Max and Auto Center and Boardwalk Auto Center.  

Williams, alongside other executives, will discuss: 

  • Improving the refinance application process to drive volume; 
  • Growing refinance appetite amid improving credit union and bank liquidity; and 
  • Understanding the consumer dynamics of auto refinance.
