Chase Auto CEO Wims Morris joins Auto Finance Summit East fireside chat 

AFS East 2025 is May 12-14 in Nashville

Auto Finance News is pleased to announce that newly appointed Chase Auto Chief Executive Leslie Wims Morris will join in a fireside chat on May 13 during Auto Finance Summit East 2025, taking place May 12-14 at JW Marriott Nashville.

Wims Morris was named CEO of the auto lender on Dec. 19 after serving as president of private label captive finance. She joined JPMorgan Chase in 2018.  

Chase Auto’s loan and lease originations tallied $10.6 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024, up 7.1% year over year, according to today’s earnings supplement. The bank’s portfolio stood at $85.3 billion as of Q4, down 1.8% YoY.  

During the one-on-one fireside chat, Wims Morris will discuss market dynamics, technology initiatives, strategy execution and expectations for 2025.

Erik Laney, chief financial officer at Santander Consumer USA, will also join a fireside chat on May 13 during the summit, which will feature panel discussions and presentations aimed at providing timely market knowledge for auto finance industry leaders.
