Bad times equal more business for auto repairs!

Auto Finance News

I found this article and since our office sell auto and motorcycles and RV warranty’s I wanted to share this with you.

With today’s economic conditions, more and more people are keeping their cars longer, rather than trading them in for new or used models. Lot of dealerships has decreased in auto sales over the last few months. More customers have been bringing older vehicles for repairs, while others who opt for purchasing used cars bring them for inspections prior to buying them. Customers who five years ago would have sold their vehicles are no longer doing so.

Auto repair shops are seeing customers keep their vehicles, with the average mileage around 140,000 to 250,000. Some service departments cater to those who keep their vehicles because of banking and other conditions that are hurting the automotive industry.

We are in tough times right now, keeping your vehicle longer is the best way to go. Why buy a new one when your older car is still running good.
