Prestige Financial Services is building a new 125,000-square-foot headquarters — set to open by April 2017 — to house its growing employee base under one roof, Chief of Operations Rich Hyde told Auto Finance News.
“We are at about a 15% growth rate in employees year over year, and that was true for last year, as well,” Hyde said.
In addition to continued growth, the Salt Lake City-based lender’s team is currently housed in two buildings, totaling 54,000 square feet, with about 115 employees in one building and 485 at its primary headquarters 13 miles away.
The ability to bring everyone under one roof “will help us be more successful,” Hyde added, noting that Prestige is spending “a lot of time and energy to make sure that environment will be conducive.”
Prestige Financial Services is a full-spectrum lender that does business with 3,200 dealers.
