The luncheon will take place on the first day of the summit, Monday, Oct. 28, at 12:30 p.m. at the Bellagio Las Vegas.
By providing an exclusive networking opportunity designed to support and cultivate female leadership in the industry, the Women in Auto Finance Luncheon creates a community for women to discuss and recognize the strength and leadership of female executives impacting the auto finance industry.
For some, stepping up as a top female executive in a male-dominated industry may seem daunting, but as an industry veteran, Horne has made her mark. In her role with USAA, Horne oversees strategy, planning and execution for a $22 billion portfolio. Through perseverance — while encouraging and uplifting others along the way — Horne seeks to “change the narrative” for women in the industry, she said.
In her keynote address at the luncheon, Horne will share personal insights and anecdotes about her auto finance career, highlighting lessons learned from the bumps in the road to success, along with critical motivators and mentors who have inspired her journey.
The goal of this luncheon is to cultivate a more supportive community and culture for women in the auto finance sector. Participation in the luncheon is included for all female delegates, but attendees must pre-register for the luncheon to attend.2 - Readers Like This Post
