Auto Finance Performance: The Nation’s Top Lenders

AFPerformance_logo_020415When it comes to performance, Security Service Federal Credit Union was the No. 1 lender in 2017, according to Auto Finance Performance, an exclusive ranking of dealer preferences about the finance providers they use.

The Auto Finance Performance (AFP) data query quantifies and ranks lenders on four broad categories that drive dealers’ decisions about financing: service, pricing, representatives, and products. The complete rankings and data drill down into each category to generate more granular data.

Security Service FCU scored highest overall ― 9.08 on a 10-point scale. Toyota Financial Services and Citizens One Auto Finance placed second and third, respectively. In all, 18 lenders scored higher than the mean of 7.65.
