Industry experts Andrew Morrison, principal of cyber risk service strategy and defense and response at Deloitte and Touche, and Mark Cromer, Chief Operations and Technology Officer at Farm Bureau Bank, will discuss cybersecurity as part of a panel at the Auto Finance Risk Summit on Wednesday, May 12, at 2:30 p.m. ET. The summit returns as a virtual experience May 11 and 12.
When dealerships closed last March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, car buying moved online, and lenders and dealers were forced to enhance their digital capabilities, which has resulted in a more pressing need to manage cyber risk.
Morrison brings 20 years of experience in information security technologies and currently oversees cyber strategy and governance solutions at Deloitte. Before joining Farm Bureau Bank, Cromer worked in operations for AFBA and Busa Financial Services.
Morrison and Cromer will provide insight into cybersecurity strategy, practices for leveraging experts as partners, and balancing compliance with protection.
