Top elements of a successful customer experience strategy

With an increasing number of consumers as comfortable buying cars online as they are ordering groceries or booking travel, lenders must design an auto finance process that centers on customer experience.

That’s the upshot from the latest webinar hosted by Auto Finance Excellence. Tune in to the complete recording of the webinar below.

In this Auto Finance Excellence webinar, Bill Nemecek, vice president of business development at CarFinance, will guide lenders through best practices for combining exceptional online purchase and finance options with a seamless experience at the dealership. “[CarFinance] sees a pressing need for an online carbuying experience that meets the needs of the main stakeholders — the consumer, dealer, and lender — during the auto finance process,” he said.

To that end, CarFinance has recently launched, ModCars, an online platform for consumers to shop a dealership’s inventory and receive financing with their preferred lender before entering the dealership. ModCars is set to launch its direct lending options by December, Nemecek said.

CarFinance’s latest initiative is just one of the topics tackled during this exclusive event, the third in a series of quarterly webinars presented by AFE.

Join us for Auto Finance Summit 2019, October 28-30 at the Bellagio Las Vegas. The summit continues to bring together the best and brightest executives in auto lending and leasing for unparalleled networking and education. Register now at www.autofinancesummit.com.
